Directions to Lone Tree Health Center

From the North:

1. Take I-25 South towards Colorado Springs.
2. Take exit 195 for County Line Road towards Park Meadows Mall.
3. Keep right at the bottom of the exit and merge onto County Line Road going west towards the mountains.
4. Take the next left onto Yosemite Street.
5. Turn left onto Park Meadows Drive
6. Go past Skyventure Indoor Skydiving and Brunswick bowling lanes.
7. As you head up the hill the office will be on the right side of the street. We are in the same building complex as The Little Gym.

From the South:

1. Drive North on I-25
2. Take exit 193 for Lincoln Avenue
3. Turn left on East Lincoln Avenue
4. Turn right on Park Meadows Drive
5. The office will be on the left side of the street. We are in the same building complex as The Little Gym.
